*This Mentorship Program is currently provided to prison inmates in various states, as well as to a local audience in the extended Tampa Bay area. This program requires a one-year commitment from a prospective mentor, and would not require any face-to-face visits.
Do You Have What It Takes to mentor individuals that need to reenter our communities, not broken but equipped for new challenges?
Qualifiers:
- Can you afford to be inconvenienced at least weekly for an online mentorship hour?
- Do you have a positive track record of being an overcomer and can stay on program point with a time managed hour?
- Can you show compassion to those that have made wrong decisions, and in love help them back onto a successful path?
- Are you interested in being a part of a faith-based team with the common goal of collectively multiplying efforts for maximum impact?
- Do you have great boundaries and standards?
If you answered "yes" to these questions and wish to enroll as a volunteer as an online mentor, please contact Pam@trinityoutreachtb.org to discuss your readiness, commitment and common issues that face us regularly.
This program is a national program and requires a commitment to walk through a Four-Phase Mentorship Program with inmates within a faith-based complex. There is currently a waiting list of over 200 potential mentees.
